Go to the project page or the CVS repository [1] (using ViewVC).
You can read the manual (still only in French, sorry). Browse the html, the Info, or the Texinfo (so you need drkm-lib.texi to compile it).
Individual files have still to be uploaded with appropriate comments in regards to the licensing info. Originaly, when I requested for the project on SourceForge.net, I answered GPL to the question "Which License do you plan to use?". But actually, I'd like to use a more permisive license like the LGPL or the MPL. So I first have to ask SourceForge.net team to be sure there is no problem.
[1] Please just consider taking a look at the drkm-lib/ and home/ modules. Please ignore the drkm/ module, it will be removed.
